Year 12 Induction Programme 2025/2026
Sixth Form Enrolment 2025
GCSE results will be published to students on Thursday 21st August. These will be available to RWS students from 8.30am. Enrolment into the Sixth Form for internal applicants will take place from 8.30 until 11am.
We welcome students from other schools who have been offered a place to study at Ravens Wood to enrol with us from 12 until 3.30pm and you will receive an allocated time slot in due course. Students must bring their GCSE results with them to school. You will be given an appointment to meet with a member of the Sixth Form Team and there may be a waiting time. If you arrive before your allocated time slot, you will be asked to wait.
All places in the Sixth Form are subject to students meeting our entrance and subject specific academic criteria, and class sizes. Should a course become over-subscribed, we will apply our over-subscription criteria, which is outlined in full in our Admissions Policy below alongside our entrance criteria.

Once enrolment has closed at 3:30pm, we will review all external applicants who have met our entrance and subject specific academic criteria and apply our over-subscription criteria if needed. We will confirm whether or not you have been successful in securing a place in our Sixth Form by the end of the day of GCSE Results Day.
If you have missed our application deadline, we do welcome walk-in applications after 2pm on results day. Please bring ID and your results with you.
