Admissions Consultation - Proposed Changes to Admissions Arrangements for 2021-22 Entry

This section contains information regarding proposed changes to our Admissions Arrangements for the 2021-22 academic year.

Please note, the consultation period begins on the 8th November 2019 and ends on the 10th January 2020.

Ravens Wood is a highly popular school and the number of applications always exceeds the number of places available.

Year 7 Applications and Appeals:

Applications for Year 7 must be made using the appropriate Common Application Form.

Please check our School Policies Page for our Admissions Policy for Year 7 and look at Bromley Secondary School Admissions for information on Year 7.

Any child not offered a place will have the statutory right of appeal. Those wishing to appeal should register their intention of doing so by sending a letter, addressed to The Clerk to the Appeal Panel, c/o the School, within 14 days of being informed that their child has not been allocated a place. All appeal letters will be acknowledged in writing. Appeals will be heard by an Independent Appeals Panel on 21st May 2019.

In-Year Applications and Appeals:

Please check our Admissions Policy (found on our School Policies Page) and look at Bromley Secondary School In-Year Admissions for information on 'In Year' Admissions.
