The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is a highly thought of research project with the equivalent UCAS points to an AS qualification.
Top universities are very keen on students supplementing their A level subjects by taking the EPQ in Year 12. This may be of particular interest to students who are interested in pursuing a research project in a field of interest or who are keen to supplement their university application.
